COVID-19 Precautions

Rest assured that we are taking all necessary precautions to protect our patients from COVID-19 with the measures mentioned below. Our staff is also vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to protect our staff and our patients.

Masks and Physical Distancing

Since July 18, 2020, wearing a mask is mandatory in all indoor public spaces across Quebec. Wearing a mask is therefore mandatory in our clinic and. It should cover your nose, mouth and chin at all times and should not have a valve. We offer surgical masks in our clinic if you need to change your mask to a newer one. We ensure physical distancing on our waiting rooms and offer several hand sanitizing stations throughout the clinic.

In order to reduce exposure, we ask that you limit any people accompanying you to your appointments in the clinic to 1 person. We also offer virtual appointments with any or all of our team members. Please request this when scheduling your appointment.

Note: If you have Covid symptoms, a positive rapid test, or awaiting a PCR test, please call us to inform us. We can offer you virtual care (telehealth) or we can postpone your appointment to a later time.

Our accredited hospital, Centre Metropolitain de Chirurgie (CMC) , requires mandatory PCR testing for all patients prior to surgery to protect patients and all healthcare staff at the hospital. Our patient coordinator, Angela, will provide you with more information about when and where to go for your PCR test before your surgery.
